About the role

  • Responsibility for a defined range of parts and customer support throughout the entire order process with the goal of on-time delivery
  • Production monitoring across multiple process stages, taking inventory levels, delivery times and lead times into account
  • Processing customer call-offs/releases
  • Ensuring timely and quantity-accurate material availability in production
  • Conducting feasibility analyses when customers request schedule changes or increases in call-off quantities
  • Monitoring subcontracted manufacturing for on-time and quantity-accurate supply
  • Close cooperation and coordination with Production, Logistics and Purchasing

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial (business) vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling/production control within a manufacturing company
  • Confident handling of deadlines and ensuring compliance even during peak order periods
  • Very good command of MS Office applications and ERP systems
  • Independent and reliable working style with a high level of commitment
  • Quick comprehension and strong communication skills
  • Very good German language skills
  • Good English language skills
