• Manage production costs and resources, optimizing material and energy consumption

• Collaborate with Quality, Logistics, Purchasing and Engineering departments to achieve operational excellence
• Implement quality standards and procedures in accordance with IATF 1694
• Provide ad-hoc solutions for complex production issues, including customer complaints, technical challenges and unforeseen situations, making quick and effective decisions to ensure production continuity

Production Manager

• Develop and lead the Quality department and drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Strengthen and advance the quality management system (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and support evidence-based decision making
• Reduce waste and optimize workflows in collaboration with production and engineering teams
• Lead supplier quality development, conduct audits and implement performance improvement initiatives
• Manage customer quality relationships including complaints, corrective actions and performance follow-up
• Execute Lean transformation projects (5S, Kaizen, etc.) and engage operational teams
• Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of certification systems
• Promote a proactive approach to quality, safety and continuous improvement throughout the organization
