Social Media Manager

• Together with our Social Media team, you develop social media strategies and provide comprehensive advice to our clients on all social media matters
• You create audience-targeted paid social campaigns for various social media channels such as LinkedIn and Meta
• You analyze, evaluate and monitor campaign data, produce reports and derive optimizations to continuously improve clients' KPIs
• Structured work with editorial calendars and fixed schedules is part of your daily routine
• You have a good sense for trends and platforms and conduct thorough competitor analyses from which you derive concrete recommendations
• Together with the Performance Marketing, Editorial, Design and Online teams, you implement effective campaigns and create measurable added value for our clients

• Du berätst unsere Kunden strategisch zu Performance-Marketing-Maßnahmen und verantwortest die Konzeption, Planung und Steuerung von Kampagnen mit Schwerpunkt auf SEA (Google Ads) und Programmatic Advertising
• Mithilfe aussagekräftiger Analysen identifizierst Du Optimierungspotenziale, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und entwickelst die Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen unserer Kunden kontinuierlich weiter
• Du steuerst und überwachst Kampagnendaten, Budgets sowie relevante KPIs und stellst sicher, dass die definierten Kampagnenziele effizient erreicht werden
• Als zentrale Ansprechperson begleitest Du Deine Kunden über den gesamten Kampagnenverlauf, präsentierst Ergebnisse und Erkenntnisse in aussagekräftigen Reportings und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen nachhaltige Performance-Marketing-Strategien weiter
