About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Together with our Social Media team, you develop social media strategies and provide comprehensive advice to our clients on all social media matters
- You create audience-targeted paid social campaigns for various social media channels such as LinkedIn and Meta
- You analyze, evaluate and monitor campaign data, produce reports and derive optimizations to continuously improve clients' KPIs
- Structured work with editorial calendars and fixed schedules is part of your daily routine
- You have a good sense for trends and platforms and conduct thorough competitor analyses from which you derive concrete recommendations
- Together with the Performance Marketing, Editorial, Design and Online teams, you implement effective campaigns and create measurable added value for our clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Marketing or a commercial/business-related vocational qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within social media, with a focus on paid social and hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn and Meta
- Strong sense for storytelling and the ability to emotionally engage audiences
- Meticulous and independent working style
- Enthusiasm for technical topics and enjoyment in providing tailored consulting to a variety of clients
- Open and positive personality with the ability to adapt to different interlocutors and to convince them of your ideas in English as well
