• Sales Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts, align production with demand, and establish realistic sales targets
• Liaison with HQ: Acts as the primary point of contact between HQ and AFCO
• Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance, trends, and patterns
• Inventory & Resource Allocation: Work with the supply chain and inventory teams
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaison between sales, operations, and finance teams
• Oversight of sales management tools, CRM systems, and forecasting software
• Execute and continuously refine processes to improve sales planning
• Develop and track KPIs for outsourcing partners
• Maintain strong relationships with external outsourcing partners
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing partnerships
