About the role
- Build and own strategy, design, and execution of employee benefits programs across international markets
- Define and implement a multi-country benefits strategy
- Build, lead, and motivate a distributed team of regional benefits experts
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales
- Develop a unified view of benefits cost, utilization, and satisfaction
- Collaborate across Payroll, Legal, HRIS, Sales, and Product teams
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience managing, building and operating a substantial global business
- 3+ years of experience and deep knowledge within global benefits, global insurance, global employment or EOR
- Exceptional commercial and operational instincts
- Strong negotiation skills with partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures
- Analytical fluency with benefits cost modeling and vendor performance metrics
- Track record of leading distributed teams
- Fluency in multiple languages and experience in multiple countries is a plus
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to benefit operations
