About the role

  • Lead sales analytics and process improvement initiatives for the JSG ID sales team.
  • Establish, define, and plan regional and national strategy in alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business.
  • Coach and lead the sales operations team in support of analytics preparation.
  • Negotiate MR contract terms based on performance and Justrite Safety Group needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Advanced management degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years proven success in sales and sales operations.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Excellent sales growth performance and employee management experience.
  • Experience building sales process, programs, and incentive compensation plans.
  • Deep sales process knowledge and history of successful installation of a sales process.
