About the role
- Lead sales analytics and process improvement initiatives for the JSG ID sales team.
- Establish, define, and plan regional and national strategy in alignment with overall company strategy.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business.
- Coach and lead the sales operations team in support of analytics preparation.
- Negotiate MR contract terms based on performance and Justrite Safety Group needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced management degree preferred.
- A minimum of 12 years proven success in sales and sales operations.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Excellent sales growth performance and employee management experience.
- Experience building sales process, programs, and incentive compensation plans.
- Deep sales process knowledge and history of successful installation of a sales process.
