About the role

  • Be the voice of JustGiving, helping customers when they need it and ensuring their success
  • Provide front-line support for JustGiving charities, companies, fundraisers, crowdfunders and donors
  • Work across all channels (email, chat and occasionally phone and in person)
  • Escalate bugs and fixes through appropriate channels to resolve issues quickly
  • Listen out for inspiring customer stories and circulate them to the wider business
  • Handle difficult customer queries sensitively and confidently

Requirements

  • Previous experience within Customer Support isn’t necessary but we are open to it
  • Extremely attentive, organised, caring and motivated
  • Great listener and confident communicator
  • Problem solver who is keen to get to the heart of the issue
  • Able to thrive under pressure
