About the role

  • Craft and optimize custom, effective, and strategic plans to reach business targets
  • Responsible for operational launch of campaigns, monitoring results, and reacting accordingly
  • Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies based on users' behavior analysis
  • Recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues
  • Collaborate with the Economy, Design, Product, Technical Operations, and Analytics teams to execute top-quality events and promotions
  • Continually test, innovate, and iterate ongoing programs
  • Formulate custom strategic plans aligned with Papaya’s business targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as Monetization Manager in the mobile gaming industry
  • Proven analytical competencies and comfort using data to inform decisions
  • Experience working with many stakeholders and different teams
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games (advantage)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration
  • Soft skills: thrive in fast-growing startup, can-do approach, ability to make things happen
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
  • A true passion for understanding consumers’ social gaming behavior
