About the role

  • Delivering client facing workshops for customers with new, or existing Blackbaud software
  • Gathering and analysing information and using it to develop effective solutions to problems; devising workable solutions; raising risks and implementing fixes
  • Investigating and anticipating customers’ current and future needs
  • Mediating to reach agreements where there is difference of opinion between stakeholders
  • Completing system design workshops; data mapping; supporting user acceptance testing (UAT); functionality testing; workflow design; best practice improvements; data health checks; data quality testing; data migrations (imports/exports); database configuration and supporting customers going through organisational change

Requirements

  • Experience working with CRM Solutions in the non-profit sector or in a professional services setting
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience handling varied tasks in parallel
  • Understanding of fundraising systems, workflows, best practices and how they enhance fundraising activities with knowledge of some the following programs - Major Giving, Prospect Research, Direct Marketing, Planned Giving, Events, and Volunteer Management
  • Experience with Blackbaud CRM Solutions including Raiser’s Edge NXT (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)
  • Track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and deliver collaborative, innovative solutions
