• Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for executives and team members.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, such as invoices and expense reports.
