About the role
- Manage and develop creative concepts to advance the online shops
- Continuous optimization of usability, customer journey, and conversion rate
- Manage external partners for the implementation of various projects
- Conceptualize and create performance and awareness campaigns in collaboration with Online Marketing
- Continuous monitoring and optimization of shop performance
- Reporting and recommendations for management
- Market analysis, competitor and trend monitoring, and presentation of new ideas and concepts
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, media studies, communications, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years' professional experience in eCommerce (shop management or online marketing)
- Solid experience with shop systems such as Shopify
- Knowledge of current online marketing channels as well as technical platforms and formats
- Confident use of common web analytics tools
- Analytical, data-driven working style
- Proactive, independent, and conceptual approach to work
