About the role

  • Support and advise our Dutch-speaking customers via email and phone
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
  • Resolve issues in a solution-oriented manner until complete customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Communicate with internal departments such as Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service
  • Maintain and document customer inquiries in the system
  • Assist with questions regarding products, deliveries, and returns
  • Ensure a high level of service in the Dutch market

Requirements

  • Some experience in customer service or support, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Strong service and customer orientation, especially in international customer interactions
  • Good logical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is a plus
  • Excellent Dutch language skills
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Structured and reliable work style, high self-motivation, and team spirit
