About the role
- Support and advise our Dutch-speaking customers via email and phone
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Resolve issues in a solution-oriented manner until complete customer satisfaction is achieved
- Communicate with internal departments such as Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service
- Maintain and document customer inquiries in the system
- Assist with questions regarding products, deliveries, and returns
- Ensure a high level of service in the Dutch market
Requirements
- Some experience in customer service or support, ideally in an e-commerce environment
- Strong service and customer orientation, especially in international customer interactions
- Good logical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is a plus
- Excellent Dutch language skills
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Structured and reliable work style, high self-motivation, and team spirit
