About the role
- Develop and maintain continuous pipelines for critical roles, ensuring predictability and agility when opening new positions
- Conduct talent and competitor mapping, keeping up-to-date databases of potential candidates and market movement insights
- Work in close collaboration with recruiters to ensure candidate quality and fit, adjusting strategies based on conversion metrics and process feedback
- Perform personalized outreach and initial qualification for technical and cultural fit when needed
- Schedule follow-up interviews, ensuring speed, clear communication, and efficient coordination with interviewers
- Track candidates’ journey, ensuring a positive and consistent experience at all stages of the process
- Provide a seamless experience for hiring managers, with complete information, clear communications, and well-coordinated steps
- Monitor performance metrics and generate insights to optimize sourcing strategies
- Ensure data entry and updates in the ATS, maintaining traceability and consistency of information
- Contribute to the standardization and evolution of sourcing processes and tools in line with the team’s strategy and goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in sourcing senior technology talent
- Mastery of advanced search tools and techniques (X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities and events)
- Ability to interpret technical profiles and build strategic pipelines based on complex requirements
- Analytical mindset with decision-making based on metrics
- Clear communication skills and ability to craft personalized, effective outreach
- Collaborative profile, able to work in synergy with recruiters, leadership, and support teams
- Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency in execution
