About the role
- You will work directly with the founding team and own the strategic development of our product — from the roadmap to the launch of new features
- You combine deep user research with data-driven hypotheses to evolve a product that delivers real value
- You lead our Product team, establish structures, priorities and processes — and scale the team when needed
- You collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales and the founders to reach the next level together
- You identify blockers, prioritize ruthlessly and execute — quickly, with focus and a clear understanding of impact
Requirements
- You have several years of experience leading product teams at a SaaS or AI startup
- You think in systems, love clear user logic and strike the right balance between vision and pragmatism
- You have a proven track record of scaling products from zero to one or from one to ten
- You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, at a native level — enabling confident internal and external communication
- You can communicate with engineers and customers on equal footing
- You take ownership, accept responsibility and are willing to roll up your sleeves rather than only manage
- Bonus: You have prior experience building AI products
