About the role
- Design, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM) solutions.
- Develop, administer, and support SharePoint Online solutions, including document libraries and workflows.
- Implement and support Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
- Produce and maintain high-quality system documentation, technical designs, user guides, and training materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online development and administration.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Sound understanding of data integration, security models, and role-based access control.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and exercise initiative in complex environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience producing comprehensive technical documentation and working within structured delivery frameworks.
