About the role

  • Design, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM) solutions.
  • Develop, administer, and support SharePoint Online solutions, including document libraries and workflows.
  • Implement and support Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality system documentation, technical designs, user guides, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online development and administration.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Sound understanding of data integration, security models, and role-based access control.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and exercise initiative in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience producing comprehensive technical documentation and working within structured delivery frameworks.
