About the role
- Manage reported claims and claims-related inquiries received by the Company, respecting delegated authority;
- Keep incident status and progress up to date;
- Work to achieve reconciliation between the Insured and the Policyholder, leading to the closure of the expectation or claim;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines for claims provisioning and settlement;
- Support other departments across the Company by providing information on reported claims and claims expectations;
Requirements
- Law degree;
- Experience in insurance preferred, especially in claims;
- Experience with surety bond insurance or rental guarantee (lease surety);
