Support demand planning activities, working closely with sales and marketing teams and using demand forecasts as the basis for developing purchasing plans and product transfers between stores, with the primary objective of balancing supply and demand of agricultural inputs while respecting budgetary limits and compliance.
Lead S&OP process improvement projects, maintaining coordination with clusters;
Update regional reports and KPIs;
Support the Collaboration Process (sales team);
Adjust demand planning in PLANNERA;
Prepare and publish the Delivery Schedule and follow up with suppliers.
Requirements
Required education:
Bachelor's degree
Preferred: Engineering or Business Administration
MBA or specialization in Supply Chain or Business Management
