Account Executive

• Establish professional relationships with librarians and other key personnel in assigned territory
• Cultivate and expand Junior Library Guild services in assigned territory
• Manage renewals and pursue new business territories
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and sales goals
• Provide outstanding service to customers and ensure best books reach young readers
• Engage, persuade, and close deals; practice active listening and strong communication
• Travel in-person via car or plane up to 10% of the time
