Account Executive

• Maintain 90 minutes of daily talk time
• Complete 100+ outbound touchpoints per day (calls and emails)
• Prospect, pitch, and close new customers, while supporting renewals
• Learn library collection needs and recommend subscription solutions
• Track activity and results using dashboards and scorecards
• Participate in daily coaching and team collaboration
• Stay focused and productive, even on slower days

Outbound Sales Representative

Accountant

• Execute monthly accounting close procedures including journal entry postings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Accounts payable processes will account for 30-50% of workday.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Work beside all areas of accounting including AP, AR, and Collections to problem solve and establish best practices.
• Assist with and prepare regular state and local sales tax filings.
• Support the annual financial audit with external audit team.
• Analyze account variance details.
• Utilize technology tools to design and automate processes across the business.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting of operational results.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities, margin improvement initiatives, inventory management, and return on investment analysis to ensure that initiatives are measured, managed, and achieved.
• Perform various ad hoc duties and analyses for special projects.

Staff Accountant

Account Manager

• Manage and track all signed media and event contracts
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including opportunities, contacts, and account details
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and performance metrics
• Coordinate inventory and availability across digital products (newsletters, website, blogs, etc.)
• Convert proposals into booked business and ensure proper documentation and accuracy
• Maintain and update sales materials, media kits, and promotional documents
• Support data entry, reporting, and general sales operations
• Assist with list management and other data-related projects
• Serve as a point of contact for select smaller accounts
• Respond to inbound advertising and event inquiries
• Assist with client communication, follow-ups, and campaign coordination
• Support upsell and renewal opportunities where appropriate
• Liaise between sales, marketing, and production teams
• Coordinate materials and requests with design and marketing teams
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all client-facing materials

• Coordinate follow-up activities for the sales team based on prospect engagement
• Maintain accurate contact records and activity tracking within the CRM
• Support lead nurturing efforts to drive future sales conversations
