About the role
- Sales of the JUNG product portfolio, from sockets to smart home and building control systems
- Active, sales-oriented support of electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, engineering firms, architects and housing industry companies in the state of Bavaria (North Bavaria / Lower Franconia)
- Acquisition and project support for construction projects during planning and development with the aim of closing deals that achieve the best possible revenue and profit
- Independent pursuit and achievement of sales targets
- Close coordination and collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and the Bavaria sales team
- Intensive maintenance and expansion of the customer network while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Conducting customer training for electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, engineering firms and architects
- Presentation of our product range and customer solutions
- Organization, support and attendance at events, e.g., trade fairs, customer events and product demonstration days
- Documentation and maintenance of the CRM system
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the electrical trade, e.g., electrician / electronics technician
- Further training as a master electrician, technician in electrical engineering or engineer is an advantage but not required
- Initial experience in a sales environment desirable
- Good knowledge of modern electrical building technology (e.g., installation of sockets, light switches, smart home systems)
- Basic knowledge of other technical building systems (HVAC, sun shading, multimedia, network technology)
- Ability to explain complex devices and systems in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong communication skills and the drive to inspire others
- Technical affinity combined with commercial negotiation skills
- Motivated personality with a confident demeanor
- Proficient with Office applications and digital media
