Outside Sales

• Sales of the JUNG product portfolio, from sockets to smart home and building control systems
• Active, sales-oriented support of electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, engineering firms, architects and housing industry companies in the state of Bavaria (North Bavaria / Lower Franconia)
• Acquisition and project support for construction projects during planning and development with the aim of closing deals that achieve the best possible revenue and profit
• Independent pursuit and achievement of sales targets
• Close coordination and collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and the Bavaria sales team
• Intensive maintenance and expansion of the customer network while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Conducting customer training for electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, engineering firms and architects
• Presentation of our product range and customer solutions
• Organization, support and attendance at events, e.g., trade fairs, customer events and product demonstration days
• Documentation and maintenance of the CRM system

Field Sales Representative – North Bavaria, Lower Franconia

Administration

• Administration and further development of the network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls)
• Operation and maintenance of physical and virtual servers (e.g., VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE) and central storage systems
• Administration and maintenance of the Microsoft and Linux server landscape
• Technical integration of sites and subsidiaries into the existing systems landscape
• Management and monitoring of SSL/TLS certificates, internal PKI structures, automated renewals and security monitoring as part of centralized certificate management
• Coordination, implementation and documentation of IT security and backup concepts
• Support in the implementation of cloud and hybrid solutions (e.g., Microsoft Azure, SAP BTP)
• Collaboration with internal departments, subsidiaries, partners and external IT service providers
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization during ongoing operations
• Interface to building services regarding UPS, emergency power supply and early fire detection
