About the role
- Develop and lead strategic programs that support company-wide goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor and manage program cost/budgets
- Track progress and identify and mitigate potential risks/issues
- Propose project modifications to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of program management methodologies and best practices
- Effectively communicate program status and recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or related field
- Five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience in project management or a related role within the technology field
- Leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs
- Data analytics resourcing
- Building data analytics reports
- Managing technical implementations
- Working with senior executives
- SaaS
- Project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and Six Sigma/Lean
- Project management software: Jira, Asana, and Confluence
