About the role

  • Develop and lead strategic programs that support company-wide goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and manage program cost/budgets
  • Track progress and identify and mitigate potential risks/issues
  • Propose project modifications to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of program management methodologies and best practices
  • Effectively communicate program status and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or related field
  • Five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience in project management or a related role within the technology field
  • Leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs
  • Data analytics resourcing
  • Building data analytics reports
  • Managing technical implementations
  • Working with senior executives
  • SaaS
  • Project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and Six Sigma/Lean
  • Project management software: Jira, Asana, and Confluence
