About the role

  • Identify and lead the pursuit of "Top 25" global financial institutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
  • Lead negotiation of high-complexity, multi-million dollar contracts
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to over-deliver on commitments
  • Serve as a thought leader in the FinServ AI space
  • Develop strategies for expanding Jump’s footprint across various business units

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Enterprise/Strategic SaaS sales
  • Managing $500k+ ARR deal cycles
  • Deep domain expertise in the institutional financial landscape
  • Understanding of regulatory hurdles (SEC, FINRA)
  • Proven ability to navigate 12–18 month sales cycles
  • Ability to articulate the ROI of AI to financial executives
  • Elite presentation skills
