- Own and scale Jump’s outbound motion

- Build a rigorous, repeatable outbound engine to accelerate growth in financial services
- Be accountable for team development, outbound execution, and accurate forecasting
- Align cross-functionally with AEs and RevOps and invest in systems and people
Requirements
- Managed a high-performing outbound SDR/BDR team at a SaaS company
- Built or refined outbound systems, including Salesforce workflows
- Owned or contributed to forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Led effective 1:1s, team meetings, and performance coaching
- Demonstrated strong follow-through and clear communication
- Preferred: Experience selling to or working with financial services or fintech
- Preferred: Familiarity with high-velocity sales cycles
- Preferred: Experience at Series A–C stage companies
