About the role

  • Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for an Enterprise-level client with multiple sub-brands.
  • Own the full paid social roadmap from discovery through optimization.
  • Mentor a high-performing team and guide senior stakeholders toward measurable growth.
  • Develop paid social and cross-channel growth strategies that align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of paid social or performance marketing experience with a focus on strategy and client leadership.
  • Demonstrated success managing a multi-billion dollar enterprise account spanning multiple brands or business units, with mid seven-figure per month social budgets.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat Campaign Manager, and social measurement frameworks.
  • Proven ability to turn complex data into persuasive stories for C-suite audiences.
  • Hands-on experience hiring, coaching, and inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project-management skills and comfort juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced certification is a plus.
