About the role
- People Management: Assume leadership responsibility for the front office team to ensure the JUFA Spirit of guest service.
- With your motivating approach, you foster the team’s development and the continuous advancement of all team members.
- Foster a positive team dynamic and high engagement.
- Warm welcome: Ensure a friendly reception and a smooth check-in/check-out process for our guests.
- Provide personal attention to guests and resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure an outstanding first impression through exceptional customer service.
- Revenue optimization through revenue activities: develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Actively participate in revenue management activities to improve occupancy and profitability.
- Analyze booking data and competitor information to identify revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hotel management or graduation from a secondary or higher vocational school
- Several years of experience in the hotel industry and at the front desk
- Proven experience in revenue optimization and revenue management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Enjoy working with people and thrive in a team environment
- Passion for first-class customer service and hospitality
- Strong MS Office skills
- Very good German and good English skills
