About the role

  • People Management: Assume leadership responsibility for the front office team to ensure the JUFA Spirit of guest service.
  • With your motivating approach, you foster the team’s development and the continuous advancement of all team members.
  • Foster a positive team dynamic and high engagement.
  • Warm welcome: Ensure a friendly reception and a smooth check-in/check-out process for our guests.
  • Provide personal attention to guests and resolve inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure an outstanding first impression through exceptional customer service.
  • Revenue optimization through revenue activities: develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Actively participate in revenue management activities to improve occupancy and profitability.
  • Analyze booking data and competitor information to identify revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hotel management or graduation from a secondary or higher vocational school
  • Several years of experience in the hotel industry and at the front desk
  • Proven experience in revenue optimization and revenue management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Enjoy working with people and thrive in a team environment
  • Passion for first-class customer service and hospitality
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Very good German and good English skills
