Account Executive

• The Benefit and Sales Consultant is responsible for providing a thorough explanation of applicable benefit products at the time of enrollment
• Assisting with the administration/enrollment of all employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and worksite products
• Provide a range of advice on selecting, purchasing, and utilizing benefits
• Interact with and educate potential and existing clients in the products that best suit their needs
• Assess client needs and recommend employee benefits, life and living benefits, and assist clients in planning and implementation of product solutions
