Product Manager

• Define and shape the long-term product vision and portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and market evolution.
• Set the strategic direction and scaling of the Network Managed Services proposition (e.g. SD-WAN, SASE, managed security), establishing it as a core pillar of future revenue and enterprise positioning.
• Own the portfolio P&L with accountability for high-impact, high-risk decisions affecting revenue, margin, investment and long-term value creation.
• Act as a recognised internal and external product authority on telecoms, digital infrastructure and managed services trends anticipating change and shaping organisational response.
• Build and leverage strategic partnerships (vendors, hyperscalers, channel partners) to extend capabilities, accelerate innovation and enable indirect routes to market.
• Ensure products and infrastructure are designed for scale, interoperability and monetisation through wholesale, white-label and platform-based business models.

Manager

• - Delivering roaming, messaging and IoT operator deals, applying specialist knowledge of technologies, commercial models and operational requirements
• - Negotiating commercial and technical terms with operator partners within defined frameworks
• - Managing day-to-day relationships with global operator partners as the primary point of contact
• - Translating partner strategy into executable deals and measurable operational outcomes
• - Leading regular business reviews to track KPIs, traffic commitments and financial performance
• - Monitoring performance (traffic, revenue, cash flow, discounts) and taking action where needed

Operator Trading Manager

• Develop, execute and actively manage (full lifecycle) products within the Mobile Intelligence services portfolio, contributing to the overall JT Strategy
• Develop new products and service propositions, including seeking and evaluating new ideas from any relevant sources
• Market research & strategy - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions
• Prepare and present relevant business cases and obtain support from all relevant stakeholders, especially from the customer facing teams to ensure buy in to revenue and customer targeting ambitions
• Act as a subject matter expert for product area and services with a client-led focus, including strategic positioning for JT within the competitive landscape with a detailed understanding of the technologies and developments in the marketplace
• Provide technical supplier management across operator partners, adapting to evolving technical standards and influencing operator roadmaps where required, while supporting the technical testing and development of services to ensure operational readiness and successful delivery
• Introduce and manage new products, including developing end-to-end services processes, ensuring legal / regulatory compliance, and training for pre / post support, producing portfolio documentation and support materials all the way through to being responsible for launch, offering in-depth sales on-boarding as required
• Management of software delivery and technical ownership for specific product areas and markets, adapting to changing requirements and standards to ensure products are tested, released in a timely and efficient manner
• In-life management of portfolio. Monitor performance against target & market, propose and introduce enhancements, promote propositions to relevant channels and produce exit / replacement strategy for products & service to be withdrawn
• Communicate services and proposition target market, portfolio elements and promotional targets to the business, enable suitable campaign delivery and appropriate sales activity. Maintain and prioritise key portfolio KPIs to monitor changes in portfolio behaviour
