About the role

  • Preparing reports regularly for internal purposes and to meet client requirements.
  • Coordinating support, maintenance, and procurement of our company vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in team meetings.
  • Creating project plans and ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute notes and action items to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience OR 6 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Overtime may be required on occasion.
  • This position requires U.S. citizenship or a Permanent Resident status.
