About the role
- Preparing reports regularly for internal purposes and to meet client requirements.
- Coordinating support, maintenance, and procurement of our company vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in team meetings.
- Creating project plans and ensuring project deadlines are met
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute notes and action items to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience OR 6 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Overtime may be required on occasion.
- This position requires U.S. citizenship or a Permanent Resident status.
