Account Executive

• Lead the Regional Sporting Goods business on the West Coast
• Own and drive strategically focused account plans with key retail partners and internal stakeholders
• Serve as the voice of NA Sales with PLMs and evolve channel/account merchandising strategies
• Lead account- and door-level assortment strategy to drive retailer profitability
• Build and execute Go-To-Market plans supporting Nike seasonal strategies
• Own business issues and day-to-day execution for designated key accounts
• Build internal and external relationships for collaborative account planning
• Integrate seasonal brand initiatives with wholesale partners
• Develop and execute 3-Year Strategic Account Plans with the Regional Sales Director
• Cultivate relationships with key Nike Inc. stakeholders
• Ensure alignment among Regional Sales leadership, the sales force, and ENI-JR286
• Work with Customer Service to optimize the order book and resolve issues
• Represent key accounts to PLMs and use sales metrics and consumer insights to shape assortments
• Lead ENI-JR286 and Seasonal Nike GTM processes, including pre-line process
• Prepare and execute Seasonal Customer Sell-Ins, including forecasting alignment and long-range planning
• Partner with marketing and visual support teams to enhance the consumer experience
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales, margin, turn, and sell-through analysis
• Provide competitive market insights
• Partner with retailers on seasonal vendor plans, forecasting accuracy, and auto-replenishment performance
