• Serve as primary point of contact for logistics providers across the US and Asia including ocean, air, drayage, last mile, 3PLs, and freight forwarders
• Lead business reviews with tier-1 logistics partners; document performance gaps and own action plans to resolution
• Help negotiate freight rates, SLAs, and commercial terms to optimize cost and service balance across domestic and international lanes
• Maintain a centralized rate repository; proactively benchmark against market conditions and escalate risks as needed
• Define, track, and report on logistics KPIs including on-time pickup/delivery, transit time compliance, damage rates, and cost-per-unit
• Execute purchase orders for assigned supplier categories including outsourced goods, MRO, and purchased parts — accurately and on time
• Monitor open PO status daily; follow up on unconfirmed orders, resolve pricing discrepancies, and ensure ERP data reflects reality
• Manage inventory parameters including lead times, safety stock, and MOQ settings in SAP to support accurate planning signals
• Actively identify and implement AI tools, automation, and workflow improvements to reduce manual, repetitive steps across the logistics and procurement lifecycle

• Intake marketing requests and coordinate workflow across departments, agencies, and external vendors
• Coordinate email send schedules, audience lists, and approvals with the email/digital team ensuring each send reflects the correct brand, audience, and timing
• Maintain the master marketing and promotional calendars, flagging conflicts and scheduling risks proactively
• Coordinate creative asset routing and approvals, tracking stakeholder sign-off against deadlines
• Support sales team asset requests and fulfillment
• Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and budget documentation, and support vendor communications
• Manage logistics and scheduling for promotional, event, and marketing campaigns, tracking tasks from briefing through final delivery
• Help gather inputs and compile creative briefs that capture objectives, audience, messaging, and deliverables for stakeholder review
• Schedule and track asset delivery across email, digital placements, and marketing materials
• Compile and distribute campaign status updates and reports provided by the digital team
• Support production of content assets including photo/video shoots, blog posts, and product and project guides coordinating logistics, timelines, and deliverables alongside the AI Content Specialist and product training department
• Help maintain the external training library (BlueVolt) and coordinate the creation of new e-Training content
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries including brand templates, images, video, and collateral.

• Lead pre-hire activities once the offer is accepted, including facilitating HR Orientation and Onboarding
• Support performance management processes and documentation
• Coordinate all off-boarding activities ensuring the same respect and dignity is provided to team members leaving the organization as when they were hired
• Support organizational initiatives, operational changes, and workforce planning efforts in partnership with leadership
• Develop, implement and maintain scalable HR policies, procedures and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, consistency and scalability, and implementing proactive solutions to improve HR effectiveness and service delivery
• Serve as a trusted HR resource and primary point of contact for team members across the organization providing guidance, support, and direction on HR related questions, policies, processes, and available resources
• Serve as primary owner and administrator of HR systems including workflows, reporting structures, troubleshooting, audits, permissions, and process optimization
• Oversee payroll processing and payroll vendor management to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of team member and organizational data across HR systems
• Develop and maintain HR reporting, dashboards, analytics, and operational metrics to support business decision making
• Lead HR technology enhancements, reporting improvements, process automation initiatives, and systems optimization projects
• Oversee employee benefits administration and annual open enrollment
• Partner with brokers and vendors regarding plan administration
• Resolve employee benefit related issues and escalations
• Oversee leave administration and accommodation processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements across all locations
• Lead HR audits, compliance reporting, documentation governance, and risk mitigation activities
• Provide guidance to leaders regarding policy interpretation, compliance considerations, and HR operational best practices
• Identify operational and compliance risks and recommend proactive solutions to leadership
