About the role
- Support the execution of recruitment and selection processes for various areas and levels
- Screen resumes and source candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn
- Conduct initial interviews via video or phone
- Organize and update candidate information in the recruitment system
- Track and support candidates throughout the selection process
- Assist in writing job descriptions and posting vacancies on platforms
- Collaborate with the team to align on job requirements and candidate profiles
Requirements
- Some experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, proactive, able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working with digital tools (LinkedIn, ATS, spreadsheets, etc.)
