Requirements

  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, with clear and friendly communication
  • Ideally some initial experience in customer support (not required)
  • Reliable, with the ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented way
  • Motivated to take responsibility and think proactively in daily tasks
  • Interest in improving processes and contributing your own ideas
