About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring a fast, warm, and helpful experience
- Coordinate orders, returns, and special cases with our partners
- Identify recurring issues and help make processes smarter and more efficient
- Work closely with Product & Tech teams to continuously improve Joy_
Requirements
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, with clear and friendly communication
- Ideally some initial experience in customer support (not required)
- Reliable, with the ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented way
- Motivated to take responsibility and think proactively in daily tasks
- Interest in improving processes and contributing your own ideas
