Chief of Staff

• You explore what can be built on top of Joy_'s AI Commerce infrastructure, test it in the real world, and bring the winners into production. Hand in hand with the co-founders.
• Explore new business models on top of our infrastructure.
• You'll prototype, test, and validate new applications: creator commerce, loyalty redemption, embedded checkout, agent-powered platforms, and propositions nobody has built yet.
• Bring promising ideas into production. From first test to repeatable playbook to live revenue.
• Work hand in hand with the founders. You'll be in the room for the calls that matter: investor conversations, commercial strategy, product direction. Your perspective shapes how we move.
• Build AI-enabled processes that scale us. Internal automation, content systems, ops workflows. Wherever AI gives us an edge, you build it.
• Own creative initiatives end-to-end. Storytelling, brand, campaigns. If you have a strong instinct for what makes people care, you'll have room to use it.
