Product Designer

• Design end-to-end experiences from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes
• Build and maintain our design system creating reusable components, patterns, and guidelines that keep Joy_ consistent and beautiful
• Shape our brand identity ensuring every touchpoint (web, product, marketing) feels cohesive and unmistakably Joy_
• Collaborate cross-functionally partner with engineers on implementation, with founders on product strategy, and with commercial teams on customer-facing materials
• Run user research and testing talk to users, analyze feedback, and iterate based on real insights
• Balance beauty with usability design interfaces that are not just stunning but intuitive, accessible, and conversion-optimized
• Move fast and iterate ship designs quickly, learn from real usage, and refine continuously
