• Support the company’s goals by executing assigned Indirect Materials purchasing tasks in line with Group Purchasing policies.
• Identify and plan Indirect Materials (IM) needs through close coordination with user departments.
• Source, evaluate, and approve suppliers, including conducting audits when required.
• Support user departments in defining optimal IM specifications
• Secure best-value agreements by following the Tactical Purchasing Process and using appropriate contract formats.
• Implement and monitor relevant global or regional agreements.
• Place and track orders, control invoices, and report agreed KPIs to the Purchasing Manager.
