About the role
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, personalized outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, market research, assigned lead engagement
- Book qualified, sales-accepted appointments for assigned field sales representatives
- Meet or exceed monthly qualified appointment targets
- Work directly with 5–8 assigned field sales representatives
- Participate in regular feedback loops with field sales to refine messaging and targeting, understand objections and buying signals
- Ensure appointments are relevant, sales-ready, properly positioned for the field rep
- Accurately log all outreach, conversations, and appointments in company CRM
- Comply with all activity and reporting standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in outbound sales BDR or similar role preferred
- Comfort speaking with decision-makers by phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
- Coachable, competitive, and resilient
- Experience with CRM systems
