About the role

  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, personalized outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, market research, assigned lead engagement
  • Book qualified, sales-accepted appointments for assigned field sales representatives
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified appointment targets
  • Work directly with 5–8 assigned field sales representatives
  • Participate in regular feedback loops with field sales to refine messaging and targeting, understand objections and buying signals
  • Ensure appointments are relevant, sales-ready, properly positioned for the field rep
  • Accurately log all outreach, conversations, and appointments in company CRM
  • Comply with all activity and reporting standards

Requirements

  • Prior experience in outbound sales BDR or similar role preferred
  • Comfort speaking with decision-makers by phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
  • Coachable, competitive, and resilient
  • Experience with CRM systems
