• Lead end-to-end design for a product area- from discovery and concept to delivery and iteration.
• Work in product trios (Product, Engineering, Design) to define problems, validate opportunities, and shape product strategy.
• Modernize legacy platform experiences by simplifying complex workflows and designing scalable, modular solutions.
• Use data, user research, and business insights to prioritize impact and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and advocate for design excellence in execution.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and usability across the platform.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team rituals and design culture.

Senior Product Designer

Digital Marketing

• Support the planning and deployment of multi-channel campaigns across email, web, using Brevo, HubSpot, and other marketing tools.
• Assist in optimizing blog posts, landing pages, and other web content, helping boost SEO performance and engage our audience of fashion brands and retailers.
• Build and schedule email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, event promotions) using templates and basic HTML. Coordinate assets, segment audiences, and monitor performance.
• Conduct keyword research, help optimize existing content, and monitor SEO performance to improve visibility across search engines.
• Explore and use generative AI tools to help scale content creation, streamline marketing tasks, and support campaign ideation.
• Support virtual events such as JOOR Passport by helping create digital assets, setting up brands and retailer participation, and tracking engagement.
• Help create reports to measure campaign results and suggest improvements.
