About the role
- Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with Italian companies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value B2B clients within the Italian market
- Tailor Jooble’s value proposition to meet Italian businesses' needs
- Prepare and conduct calls with potential clients, including demos
- Maintain records of all sales activities in CRM system
- Provide feedback to the product team on local market trends and competitor activity in Italy
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B IT sales
- Knowledge of the Italian business landscape
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or other)
- Comfortable communicating in English
- English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Italian
