Customer Retention Specialist

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations and execution of Jones Road Beauty's lifecycle marketing program across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail channels.
• Support the development and optimization of automated lifecycle journeys and standalone campaigns to drive conversions, boost repeat customer revenue, and increase customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with the Director to manage content planning, briefing, creation, and deployment of lifecycle campaigns.
• Assist in designing, executing, and refining segmentation strategies and content personalization based on user behavior and attributes.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of all outbound messages, ensuring exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Track and analyze the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns, providing detailed reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations to optimize user engagement and conversion.
• Help define and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
