About the role
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations and execution of Jones Road Beauty's lifecycle marketing program across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail channels.
- Support the development and optimization of automated lifecycle journeys and standalone campaigns to drive conversions, boost repeat customer revenue, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the Director to manage content planning, briefing, creation, and deployment of lifecycle campaigns.
- Assist in designing, executing, and refining segmentation strategies and content personalization based on user behavior and attributes.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of all outbound messages, ensuring exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Track and analyze the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns, providing detailed reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations to optimize user engagement and conversion.
- Help define and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing customer lifecycle programs for DTC e-commerce companies
- Hands-on experience in managing daily operations within enterprise-level CRM platforms; familiarity with Klaviyo or PostScript is a strong plus
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Tableau
- Understanding and practical expertise in audience segmentation and personalization strategies
- Experience designing and conducting A/B tests, with the ability to translate results into actionable insights
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong cross-functional project management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Adept at problem-solving, with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
