About the role
- Lead and manage PXP team members in a designated region to deliver exceptional employee experience.
- Strategically drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery and employee experience.
- Partner with Senior Operations Team and Site Leaders to develop and drive plans that optimize talent, structure, process and culture.
- Collaborate across functions and service lines to deliver a consistent & positive One JLL experience for team members.
- Navigate ambiguity to drive results.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Established leadership experience in matrix work environments
- Demonstrated results implementing strategic HR initiatives
