About the role

  • Serve as stakeholder and advisor to the CMG-JBS design team
  • Support CMG leadership and Design Operations by sharing best practices
  • Work collaboratively with Capital Markets teams and in-country designers
  • Review selected CMG‑JBS design outputs for quality and alignment
  • Provide practical feedback to improve design delivery
  • Share insights and participate in project feedback sessions
  • Build effective relationships with designers and stakeholders across EMEA

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years’ experience in graphic design within Capital Markets or a similar professional services environment
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong hands-on design experience
  • Solid understanding of brand guidelines, design systems, and quality standards
  • Confident communicator with effective constructive feedback skills
  • Interest in innovation with AI and automation
