About the role
- Assist the Client Program Manager with oversight of Food Service operations and activities, including Third Party Service contractors
- Track vendor performance on outsourced provider service contracts and ongoing administration, verifying best pricing and service levels
- Manage account programs to ensure safety and compliance with national, state, and local codes and regulations
- Plan, design, and implement comprehensive food-based nutrition and wellness programs including awareness events, classes, demonstrations, and communications
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues in existing systems and processes
- Monitor the effectiveness of maintenance efforts for facilities, ensuring work is completed under account KPIs
- Drive client-specific initiatives such as technology rollouts, marketplace benchmarking, and program best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of eight to ten years progressive experience in foodservice/hospitality management
- Strong vendor management experience
- Strong background in a leadership role with exposure to contract management, customer service, people development, and food services
- Exhibits strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
