About the role

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise site performance
  • Manage Opex and Capex budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures
  • Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative and corrective maintenance programs
  • Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules using JLL's Prism system
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee tenant move-ins, fit-outs, and move-outs
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in commercial property management (office / industrial)
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Crisis management and conflict resolution skills
