About the role

  • Responsible for contract analysis, compliance consultancy, and financial performance optimization across the complete contract lifecycle.
  • Engage in initial bid through to project delivery and contract termination.
  • Collaborate with senior Division Managers to drive policy, change and best practice as an integrated part of the senior management team.

Requirements

  • Strong contract and numerical analytical skills with demonstrable attention to detail in written analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for financial modelling.
  • Understanding of commercial contract principles and risk management practices.
  • JCT contract management experience and knowledge of construction industry standards (Highly Desirable).
  • Experience with project management software (MS Project or equivalent) (Highly Desirable).
  • Contract drafting and legal documentation experience (Highly Desirable).
  • Previous exposure to refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling technologies sector (Highly Desirable).
  • Professional qualification or progression toward RICS, CIPS, or equivalent professional body (Highly Desirable).
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or equivalent commercial experience in FM, M&E, refrigeration, HVAC, construction, or related technical service delivery sectors (minimum 5 years in similar role) (Highly Desirable).
