About the role
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all monthly results, expenses, and accruals in both client and JLL financial systems, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity
- Prepare and manage the end-to-end client invoicing process, including all supporting documentation, while continually identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Oversee and monitor project budgets and financials, maintaining precise data related to project schedules, costs, and performance indicators in integrated IT systems
- Act as a key financial liaison for the client, building a strong collaborative partnership and responding effectively to financial queries and information requests
- Coordinate communications with all project stakeholders regarding financial status and progress, providing expert financial advice and support to local Facilities Managers
- Support the development and implementation of new client reporting tools and monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures across the project portfolio
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities that contribute to informed decision-making and strategic planning
Requirements
- 1-3 years of finance experience in a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated ability to create complex financial models, pivot tables, and analytical reports
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all financial reporting and documentation.
