About the role
- Serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management
- Assist Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Account Leader with the delivery of quality facility management services
- Coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Support implementation of short and long-term goals and projects for the client
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
- Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors
- Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget
- Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets
- Complete monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements accurately and on time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
- 5+ years industry experience required either in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultant
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to manage both technical and administrative staff
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication/presentation abilities
- Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Computer proficiency in CMMS systems
- Demonstrated experience in budget development and management
