About the role

  • Oversee comprehensive facility assessment programs
  • Manage building condition evaluations, compliance inspections, and asset condition reporting
  • Ensure properties maintain optimal performance standards
  • Support strategic capital planning and risk management initiatives
  • Lead facility and asset condition assessments across portfolio
  • Develop and implement standardized inspection protocols and quality control procedures
  • Analyze inspection findings to calculate Facility Condition Inspections (FCI) and Asset Condition Inspections (ACI) scores
  • Collaborate with engineering, facility managers, and client stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise for budget development, planned R&M, and long-term asset planning
  • Implement and optimize inspection software platforms and reporting systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in building inspections, facilities management, project management or construction
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Corrigo, MCIM, and executive presentations
  • Technical expertise in building systems
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
  • Attention to detail for accurate condition assessments
  • A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Facilities Management, or related field (Preferred)
