- Lead comprehensive portfolio strategies across diverse asset classes and geographical locations
- Oversee complex lease transactions, negotiations, and market rent reviews to maximize client benefits
- Drive the development and implementation of dynamic leasing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Manage critical dates and ensure contractual compliance across the national portfolio

Requirements
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Minimum 5 years' experience in property transactions with demonstrated team leadership success
- Experience in retail leasing management
- Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic problem-solving abilities with focus on innovative leasing solutions
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in complex property transactions
- Superior writing, presentation, and communication capabilities
